Seasons After was an American metal band from Wichita, Kansas, formed in 2006 by guitarist Chris Dawson. The initial lineup included Steve Frank on guitar, Michael Byers on bass, Tim Rails on drums, and Chris Schlichting as lead singer. In 2010, the band gained attention with their cover of "Cry Little Sister", reaching number 15 on Billboard's Rock Songs chart. Their debut album Through Tomorrow was released independently in 2008 and re-released by ILG / Warner in 2010. In 2010, Chris Schlichting left the band and was replaced by Tony Housh. After a dispute with their record company, Seasons After went independent in 2014, releasing Calamity Scars & Memoirs. Their third album, Manifesto, followed in 2016. The band disbanded in 2017 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and internal issues.
