Biography

Rättö ja Lehtisalo is a Finnish psychedelic rock band formed by Jussi Lehtisalo and Mika Rättö. The duo's music was heavily influenced by krautrock acts such as Cluster, Neu!, and Harmonia. Their debut album, Kopernikus hortoilee näkinkengässä, was released in 2003 under Ektro Records. Following this, they released Pari lepakkoa Transylvaniassa in 2004 and Valonnopeus in 2005 via Sähkö Recordings. In 2006, they released their third album, Ed Benttonin briljantti stabilismi tai Taivaallinen kylpysaippua. The group also notably collaborated with Finnish rock performer Kauko Röyhkä. Their subsequent albums include Uu mama (2010) and Matematiikka (2012).
