Biography
Prides is a Scottish indie band formed in Glasgow in 2013 by Stewart Brock, Callum Wiseman, and Lewis Gardiner. Their debut single "The Seeds You Sow" was released in 2014. They gained significant exposure by performing "Messiah" at the closing ceremony of the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Their first full-length album The Way Back Up was released in 2015 and peaked at number 24 on the UK charts. Notable singles include "Higher Love" (2015) and "Let's Stay in Bed All Day" (2017). Their music was featured in various media, including EA Sports' FIFA 15 with the single "Out of the Blue". Their discography also includes the mini-LPs A Mind Like the Tide, Pt. 1 (2017) and A Mind Like the Tide, Pt. 2 (2018).
