Pat Drummond is an Australian singer-songwriter based in the Blue Mountains, New South Wales. He began his career performing musical mini-operas in Sydney's pubs during the late 1970s and early 1980s. His breakthrough came with the release of Skool Daze in the late 1980s, which led to tours supporting notable acts like Cold Chisel and Marcia Hines. Drummond joined the Bushwackers and formed a duo with John Schumann before releasing his album Tales from the Local Rag in 1990. In 1993, Drummond won Male Vocal of the Year at the Australian Bush Music Festival and was nominated for several categories at the Golden Guitars Awards. He co-directed community festivals like the Galston Country Music Festival and received the TSA Songmaker Award for Lifetime Achievement in Songwriting in 2016.
