Biography
Oceano, an American deathcore band from Cook County, Illinois, was formed in 2006. The original lineup included Jeremy Carroll on guitar, Jeff Erickson on bass, Derek Hildreth on drums, and Eddie Harris on vocals. In 2007, the band underwent a significant lineup change, settling on Adam Warren on vocals. This new lineup released their debut album Depths in April 2009 through Earache Records. The band's second album, Contagion, was released in November 2010. In January 2015, Oceano released their fourth album, Ascendants. Their fifth album, Revelation, came out on May 19, 2017, marking their first release with Sumerian Records. The band's sixth studio album, Living Chaos, was released in August 2024. In November 2024, Adam Warren announced his departure from the band to focus on his solo project, Adam on Earth, and Oceano's final shows were scheduled for 2025.
