Naomi Ketty Namasenda was born on November 14, 1993, in Jämshög, Blekinge, Sweden. She is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She received a singing scholarship from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce in 2012 and graduated from the Musicians Institute. She released her debut single "Here" with BFOTY in 2016 and earned recognition as a breakthrough artist from Red Bull Select. In 2017, she issued the EP hot_babe_93. The 2019 release of her single "24/7" made her the first black artist signed to the UK label PC Music. Subsequent releases include the mixtape Unlimited Ammo (2021) and the EP Ambrosia (2023) on YEAR0001, featuring tracks such as "Maserati". She has collaborated with artists like Mowalola and Joey LaBeija, and her work appeared on American singer LIZ's album Planet Y2K. After Ambrosia, Namasenda kept a relatively low solo profile in 2024, resurfacing with her remix of Yaegerâs âStolen.â In 2025, she returned more prominently through collaborations, appearing on horsegiirLâs âgiirL mathâ and its later VIP remix, then featuring on Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angelloâs âNo Enemies.â In early 2026, she began a new solo run with the singles âCola,â âMiami Crest,â and âBad Love,â which introduced her debut studio album Limbo, released on May 8, 2026 via YEAR0001. Framed as her first major solo project since Ambrosia and shaped over roughly two years in Stockholm, Limbo marked a new full-length chapter in her catalog and a sharper push toward high-gloss club-pop.
