Biography
MOTi is the stage name of DJ and music producer Timotheus Romme, who was born in Amsterdam on March 23, 1987 and has been known for his remixes and house productions since 2021. Promoted by Tiësto, he launched himself onto the EDM scene with his single "This Is Dirty" in 2014 before celebrating his first chart success with Martin Garrix and the progressive house track "Virus (How About Now)" . The fashion designer initially remixed songs by Flo Rida, Sia and Justin Bieber before signing a contract with Tiësto's Red Lights Management in 2013 and starting to release his own tracks. in 2015, he released the single "Ganja" together with Dzeko & Torres and "Spack Jarrow" with W&W. This was followed by collaborations with Bassjackers, Jay Hardway, Wyclef Jean, Icona Pop, Alida and Laura White, among others, with whom he released the track "Push It Right" in 2020.
