Biography
The musical arm of the Mosaic megachurch, contemporary worship collective Mosaic MSC was formed in Los Angeles in 2014 by Mariah McManus Goss, the daughter of lead pastor Erwin McManus. Featuring a revolving lineup of musicians, the group made its official debut with the live LP MSC (Live from LA) (2015), recorded at the historic Wiltern Theater on May 24, 2014. The album reached Number 21 on Billboard's Christian Albums chart and was followed by a second live effort titled Glory & Wonder (2015) and Tiembla (2019), their first Spanish-language EP. Only a year later, Mosaic MSC returned with the Heaven EP, which peaked at Number 32 on the Top Christian Albums chart. Human, their first outing for Capitol Christian Music Group, appeared in 2020, followed by its Spanish version Ser Humano in 2021. Their highly anticipated first studio full-length This Is How I Thank the Lord saw the light in 2022 and its title track entered the Hot Christian Songs chart at Number 49.
