Biography

American christian singer, Hannah Kerr was born in Buffalo, New York, on January 6, 1997. Daughter of the CEO of Black River Entertainment, Gordon Kerr, she growned in Nashville, Tennessee and started recording in 2015 with the EP I Stand Here, released through M2T (Made to Thrive) Records, an imprint of Black River Entertainment. Kerr followed up with her debut full-length effort, Overflow, in September the following year and produced several singles that dipped into the American Christian charts. She had her biggest hit on the Hot Christian Chart with a 2018 cover of "Winter Wonderland", peaking at number 17, before the release of the album Christmas Eve in Bethlehem. Issued from the following EP Listen More (2019), the single "Ordinary" charted as well in the Radio Christian Chart. Other singles followed such as "Same God" in 2021, and "Sleigh Ride" in 2022. In 2024, Hannah Kerr accompanied the band Big Daddy Weave and issued her third album As I Am, featuring the singles "If I Were You" and "Church Hurt". A new Christmas single surfaced later with "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear".
