Mike Tompkins, born July 31, 1987 in Edmonton, Alberta, is a Canadian singer known for his acapella covers and original songs. He graduated from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology with honours distinction and two awards. Tompkins began his musical career on video streaming platforms in 2009 and has amassed more than 2.4 million subscribers to his channel. His early success included collaborations with artists such as Peter Hollens and the cast of Pitch Perfect. He released his debut album Season One on 2015, followed by Season Two on 2016. Tompkins has amassed over 320 million views on his videos and held numerous concerts, including 29 in 2014 alone. He has appeared on shows like The Today Show and The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
