Biography

Michael Schenker's Temple of Rock was a heavy metal supergroup formed in 2010 in the United States. The group was established by the guitarist Michael Schenker and the musician Wayne Findlay. The original lineup included the vocalist Michael Voss and the bassist Pete Way. White subsequently replaced Voss, and Buchholz replaced Way. The drummer Herman Rarebell joined the ensemble in 2011. Their debut album, Temple of Rock (2011), featured the track âBefore the Devil Knows You're Deadâ (2011). Their discography includes the recording Bridge the Gap (2013). The band became inactive in 2016. Subsequent releases include the album Spirit on a Mission (2015) and the live recording On a Mission: Live in Madrid (2016).
