Masiel Malaga y Su Salsa Red is a Peruvian salsa group fronted by vocalist Masiel Málaga that built its profile around a steady sequence of romantic salsa singles. The project began releasing officially in 2022 with the medley-style single âSalsa Retro / A Pesar del Tiempo / Mira Mi Piel / Si Tú No Te Fuerasâ and the standalone âQué Lástima,â setting a classic, melody-forward direction. In 2024 Masiel Málaga also appeared outside the group name on âA Fuego Lento,â a collaboration credited with Salsa Prime, before 2025 became the bandâs busiest year: they issued a fast run of singles including âDicen Que Soy,â âQue Pague,â âPorque Te Amo,â âSi el Te Habla de Mi,â and âO Ella o Yo,â and they also released âPorque Te Amo (En Vivo)â with Nino Segarra, leaning into the live-band feel thatâs central to their sound. Late in 2025, the group released âCuando se Ama,â and in early 2026 they followed with âComo Me Duele Perderte,â extending the same romantic-salsa lane with a cleaner, contemporary mix.
