Biography

Formed in northern France in 1981, Magazine 60 enjoyed resounding success with their medley of 1960s songs Magazine 60. Single and album sold hundreds of thousands of copies, enabling Magazine 60 to follow up in 1982 with 60's Slows. The band split in two in 1984, and the part that continued to use the name enjoyed a few more moments of glory with the titles "Don Quichotte " and "Rendez-vous sur la Costa del Sol". Don Quichotte" made a comeback in the French charts in June 2013 as the soundtrack to the Sosh phone brand.
