Biography

Gianni Coraini, known professionally as Ken Laszlo, was born on July 18, 1954, in Italy. He is a singer and musician who began his career in the early 1980s by performing in discos, bowling alleys, and clubs. His breakthrough came with the single "Hey Hey Guy" in 1984, which became a hit in Europe. His subsequent releases include notable songs such as "Tonight", "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8", and "Mary Ann". His music spans various genres, including electronic music, Hi-NRG, and Italo disco. Throughout his career, he has released several albums, including Ken Laszlo (1987) and Future Is Now (2007). He has also used various pseudonyms such as Ric Fellini, DJ NRG, and Ricky Maltese for his releases. Some of his notable singles include "Don't Cry", which reached Number 13 in Sweden, and "Everybody Is Dancing". His music continues to be celebrated within the electronic and dance genres, with his discography showcasing a prolific output over several decades.
