Little Comets is an English indie rock ensemble from Tyne and Wear established in 2008. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized by melodic guitar-driven sounds and for their debut studio recording In Search of Elusive Little Comets (2011). The ensemble consists of vocalist Robert Coles, guitarist Michael Coles, and bassist Matthew Hall. They achieved professional recognition for a career that included signing with the label Columbia Records and releasing the debut single âOne Night in Octoberâ (2009). The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the studio recording In Search of Elusive Little Comets reaching number 54 in the UK. Their discography included the studio recording Life Is Elsewhere (2012) and the studio recording Hope Is Just a State of Mind (2015) which reached number 31 in the UK. Little Comets achieved professional recognition for establishing the label The Smallest Label and releasing the studio recording Worhead (2017). The ensemble includes Matt Saxon and Nathan Greene as touring members.
