Daughter of David Bowie and Somali-born model Iman, Alexandria Zahra Jones was born in New York on August 15, 2000. After completing her schooling and growing up sheltered from the media, she embarked on a career as an artist, experimenting with painting, collage, photography and design, before moving into music. The twelve-track album she wrote and composed, Xandri, was released on April 2, 2025, and marked her debut as a singer in an alternative pop style. It reached number 44 in the UK download charts on its release.
