Leroy Bejarano Sánchez, known as Leroy Sanchez, was born on September 1, 1991, in Vitoria, Spain. He is a Spanish-American singer who learned to play the guitar and piano independently. At age 15, he uploaded his first cover to a video streaming platform, accumulating over 706 million views and 4.38 million subscribers. In 2010, Sanchez met producer Jim Jonsin in Miami, marking a significant step in his career. He released his debut EP Elevated in 2017, followed by two world tours: Man of the Year and Elevated. He has collaborated with various artists, notably Blas Cantó on "Voy a quedarme", which represented Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021. In 2023, he released the album Standby.
