Kazumi Morohoshi (born August 12, 1970 in Shizuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese singer and actor who debuted in 1987 as a member of the legendary idol group Hikaru Genji. After the breakup of the group in 1995, he became independent from Johnny's Office and established his own label. On November 30, 2011, he released the single "Oretachi nanno nane" (We're nothing). This work is a cover of a famous song by Kichiikuzo, and combines his characteristic innocent cheerfulness with his powerful singing voice. As an actor, he has also pursued a variety of expressions that are not bound by his former image as an idol, such as starring in the movie "The Eagle and the Hawk.
