Kate Hall, born on May 21, 1983, in Harwich, England, is a British-Danish singer. Raised in Allerød, Denmark, from the age of four, Hall began her musical journey with vocal, piano, and dance training as a child. At twelve, she joined the Danish Broadcasting Corporation's girls' choir, and at thirteen, she recorded her first studio tracks for the British animated series Postman Pat. Hall's breakthrough came in 2005 when German music producer Alex Christensen discovered her. Her debut single "Is There Anybody Out There?" reached the German charts in June of that year. Following this success, Hall released her debut album Von beiden Seiten (2008). From 2006 to 2008, she collaborated with singer Ben on four singles, including "Bedingungslos" and "Du bist wie Musik". Hall also worked as a vocal coach for several seasons of Popstars in Germany and Austria. In 2013, she participated in the Danish Eurovision Song Contest pre-selection with the song "Iâm not Alone", and in 2020, she competed in the Free European Song Contest for Denmark. Hall's career also includes television appearances as a vocal coach on shows like Cartoon Network Durchstarter and hosting duties on Cartoon Network D! Hall of Fame.
