Karl William Wandahl, known professionally as Karl William, was born on January 1, 1995, in Denmark and is an alternative music singer and songwriter who is signed to the Danish ArtPeople label. He is a singer who gained initial recognition as part of the Aarhus-based Hukaos collective, which included Tais and Louis Rustum. His breakthrough moment came with the release of "Kostumeramt" on the collective's EP Sound Of Copenhagen Vol. 12 (2014). Karl William's solo career took off with his EP Døende, produced by Eloq (of Cheff Records), Tais, Carl Barsk, and Emil Hesselbæk, released in 2014. The EP reached number 8 on Tracklisten, the official Danish Albums Chart. Following this success, he released "Foruden at forgude" (2014) along with its music video.
