Julien-K, an American electronic rock band from Long Beach, California, was formed by Amir Derakh and Ryan Shuck of Orgy. The band released demo versions of songs like "Look at You" and "Kick the Bass". Their debut album, Death to Analog, was released in 2009. They contributed to soundtracks including Michael Bay's Transformers (2007) and video games like Sonic Heroes. The band collaborated with Chester Bennington on the song "Let Down" for ReAct Now: Music & Relief, and worked on his solo project Dead by Sunrise. They released their fifth album, Harmonic Disruptor, in 2020, and released their album, DRK|MODE, in 2024. The band has also collaborated with Brandon Smith of The Anix on several singles and toured extensively.
