Biography

Born in Bruges (Gironde) on March 17, 1990, Jérémy Frérot is best known for having been a member of the Fréro Delevega duo, before venturing into a solo career. A guitarist since the age of seventeen, he was preparing a degree in sports science and technology when he decided to abandon his studies for singing and enter the third edition of The Voice, la plus belle voix (2014), with his friend and classmate Florian Garcia. Eliminated at the quarter-final stage, the Fréro Delavega duo nevertheless made a strong impression and enjoyed success with two best-selling albums, until they split up in 2017. Jérémy Frérot then embarked on a new career with the track "Revoir" and the album Matriochka (2018), ranked #12. The guitarist and singer, married to champion swimmer Laure Manaudou from 2018 to 2024, released two more singles and collaborated with the group Madame Monsieur and Ben Mazué, before unveiling his second opus, Meilleure Vie (2021), heralded by the track "Un homme". A member of Les Enfoirés since 2022, the musician is working on his third album Gamin des Sables (2024), supported by the first single "Adieu" (no. 60) and featuring contributions from Claudio Capéo and Kemmler.
