Biography
Iriepathie is an Austrian reggae group consisting of the brothers Professa, who serves as the lead vocalist and label manager, and Syrix, who serves as a backing vocalist and producer. The brothers also run their own record label, Irievibrations Records, with a studio based in Vienna, and have recorded songs in Jamaica with notable reggae artists. Their discography includes the EPs Ganjaman (2001) and Analoge Rasta (2003). Their studio albums include Mehr Fragen als Antworten (2003), Reggaestration (2005), 45 (2007), Runde 3 (2010), and Aufwiederhören (2013). They have also released the EP Niemals aufgeben (2006) and the singles âIntegriert & angepasstâ (2008) and âSonnenjunkieâ (2009). The group received the Amadeus Austrian Music Award.
