Biography

Humble Gods, a punk rock band from Hermosa Beach, California, was formed in the 1990s by Daddy X, who is also known for his work with Kottonmouth Kings and other bands. Humble Gods released their debut self-titled album Humble Gods on October 17, 1995, through WEA Records. Their second album, No Heroes, followed on October 15, 1996, via Hollywood Records. The band's lineup included notable members such as Jason Thirsk of Pennywise and Bianca Halstead. Tragically, Thirsk passed away in July 1996 due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and Halstead died in a car accident later that year. The band disbanded in 1997 but reunited briefly to release their third album, Born Free, on January 6, 2004, through Suburban Noize Records.
