Horkýže SlÞe is a Slovak rock band formed on November 4, 1992 by Peter HrivÅák, Mário Sabo, and Martin KoÅ¡ovan. Initially playing hard rock, they later transitioned to comedy rock and punk rock. Their early career saw the release of demo tapes in 1994 and their first unofficial studio album, Prvý slÞ, at the end of that year. In 1997, Horkýže SlÞe signed with BMG Ariola and released their debut album V rámci oného, featuring the single "MaÅ¡taľ". The band's breakthrough came with the album Festival Chorobná in 2001, which included hits like "Kožky-perie" and "LÃstok na Mars". Their subsequent album Kýže sliz (2002) achieved platinum status. Horkýže SlÞe is known for their humorous lyrics and parodies, with notable songs including "Vlak".
