Wild Palms was a British four-piece alternative band based in London, England. The group consisted of Lou Hill on vocals and keyboards, Darrell Hawkins on guitar, Gareth Jones on bass, and James Parish on drums. Initially known as Ex-Lion Tamers, the band gained recognition with their song "Helen's Exile" before rebranding as Wild Palms in 2009. Their debut single, "Over Time", was released that year, followed by the EP Deep Dive in 2010 and another EP titled Draw In Light. The band signed to One Little Indian Records in 2010 and released their debut album Until Spring in 2011. Notable singles from this period include "To the Lighthouse", "Draw In Light", and "Delight In Temptation". Wild Palms toured extensively, including performances at festivals like Camden Crawl and Standon Calling, as well as supporting Cold War Kids in 2011.
