Biography
Haley Nicole Blais is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Vancouver who began her musical journey as a classically trained vocalist. She gained initial attention through an online video streaming platform, where she uploaded vlogs and original songs. Her breakthrough came with the release of "Small Foreign Faction" in 2018. In 2016, Blais released her first EP Late Bloomer, followed by Let Yourself Go in 2018. The success of Let Yourself Go led to her first national tour that same year. She has since toured extensively across North America and Europe, supporting acts such as Peach Pit and The Beaches. In 2020, she released her debut full-length album Below the Salt. Her sophomore LP Wisecrack was released on September 15, 2023, under Arts & Crafts Productions and longlisted for the 2024 Polaris Music Prize.
