Grupo 360 is a Regional Mexican group from Culiacán, Sinaloa, formed in 2010 by David Loya, Pedro Villa, Andrés Vargas and drummer José Barraza, and built around a style that mixed norteño with rap and the hybrid sound they later described as rapteño. Their first album, La Escuela de Damaso, arrived in 2011, followed by Dos Jóvenes Muchachos in 2014, which included early songs such as "Prohibido" and helped the group move beyond local performances and into a wider promotional circuit. In 2015, after a period of touring in northern Mexico, the band suffered a major setback when José Barraza died in a traffic accident. Later that year they returned with Seguimos En El Juego, an album shaped by that moment and including songs such as "Me Fui Del Penal" and "El Terrible Accidente." Grupo 360 continued with Sigo Fuerte in 2018 and then hit a much wider audience in 2019 with "Seguimos Laborando," while also issuing the live albums En Vivo Desde Culiacán and Desde El Campito. The group stayed active in the following years with Nunca es Tarde in 2020, several live releases, the 2021 project Desde La Oficina (En Vivo), and songs such as "La Barda," "La Purga," and "El Piyi." In 2022 they added the EP Del Repertorio, and their later catalog continued through corrido-driven singles including "Arturo," "El Boom," "Plumas," "La Gente Pregunta," "La Letra B," and "Zutano (Chico De Agallas)," extending a career rooted in Culiacán corridos but marked by a distinct rap-inflected edge.
