Alexander GarcÃa, known professionally as El Fantasma, is a Mexican singer-songwriter born on December 2, 1989, in San José de Cañas, Durango. Before launching his music career, he worked as a gardener for six years. In 2016, he debuted with the album Equipo Armado, featuring the standout track "Mi 45," which established his presence in the Regional Mexican music scene. He continued to build his discography with albums like En el Camino (2017), Dolor y Amor (2018), and El Circo (2019), the latter maintaining a Top 3 position on Billboard's Regional Mexican Songs chart for over five weeks. His 2019 single "Encantadora" topped the same chart for four consecutive weeks. In 2020, he released Puerta Abierta and Guárdame Esta Noche, further solidifying his reputation. The 2021 single "Soy Buen Amigo" reached number 1 on the Regional Mexican Airplay chart and entered the Top 30 on Hot Latin Songs. In 2023, he collaborated with Fuerza Regida on the track "GDL," featured on their album Pa Las Baby's y Belikeada. That year, he dropped the albums El Exitoso and Entre Amigos, recorded alongside Voz de Mando and Julián Mercado. This collaborative effort was followed by Entre Hierba, Polvo y Plomo with Los Dos Carnales and Gerardo DÃaz y Su GerarquÃa in 2025.
