Biography
Grave Pleasures is a Finnish post-punk band formed in 2010 in Finland. The group was established under the name Beastmilk by Mat McNerney, Johan Snell, Valtteri Arino, and Paile. Their debut recording, the demo White Stains on Black Tape (2010), received recognition from Metal Hammer magazine. Their first album, Climax (2013), reached number 33 on the Finnish charts. Following lineup changes, McNerney and Arino resumed activity as Grave Pleasures in 2015 and released the album Dreamcrash (2015). Signed to Century Media Records, their discography includes the albums Motherblood (2017) and Plagueboys (2023), the latter of which reached number 66 on the German charts.
