Biography

Get Busy Committee, an American hip hop group formed in Los Angeles, California, consisted of underground rapper Apathy, Styles of Beyond's Ryu, and producer Scoop DeVille. The trio, influenced by artists such as Eazy-E and Boogie Down Productions, released their debut album Uzi Does It on October 27, 2009. The self-funded and independent record was available for pre-sale download on their official website and later on a streaming service. Despite the group's underground status, they garnered support from notable figures like Mike Shinoda and Topspin Media. In 2012, Get Busy Committee went on hiatus while the group members focused on their solo careers.
