Florian Dauner is a German drummer and music producer who was born in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1971. He is famous for his long-standing collaboration with the hip-hop band Die Fantastischen Vier and for his work as the drummer for the live band of the television program The Voice of Germany. Dauner began performing publicly at age nine and made his first professional recordings at age 15 with The United Jazz and Rock Ensemble. In 1993, he joined Die Fantastischen Vier and has performed on studio recordings including 4:99 (1999) and Fornika (2007). Throughout a career that includes performances at major international festivals, he has collaborated with artists including Sarah Brightman, Charlie Mariano, and Paul van Dyk. His discography includes the debut studio recording Gossip (1992) and the collaborative recording Dauner // Dauner (2014), which he produced with his father Wolfgang Dauner.
