Elisabeth White, born on June 13, 1976 in Sydney, Australia, is a singer-songwriter, abstract painter, and producer. She began performing at age five and composed her first songs at 13. After studying theater at the Australian Acting and Theater School in Sydney, she moved to New York with her father following her parents' divorce. In 1998, Elisabeth White released her debut album Maybe God's a Woman Too under the Steinblatt Music Group on Wagram Music. The album, produced by Dennis Ward and recorded at Dieter Dierks' studio in Cologne, featured notable tracks such as "Cool Summer" and "Babylon". Following its release, she toured with artists like Simple Minds, Lenny Kravitz, Beastie Boys, and Pulp. Her second album Come to Me was released three years later and included hits like "Thank You My Child", which benefited the Ronald McDonald Children's Foundation, and "Wherever You Go".
