Biography
Elbicho, a Spanish music band formed in 2000, was composed of members from Madrid and Elche. The group began performing in small venues and on the streets of Madrid shortly after forming.
Elbicho released their debut album Elbicho in 2003, which featured traditional flamenco styles like tangos and bulerÃas. The album achieved gold status within a year. Their second album Elbicho II followed in 2005, and their third album Elbicho VII, released in 2007, reached number 2 on the sales charts and remained in the top ten for several months. In June 2010, they announced a hiatus with the release of their compilation album To Junto (Maquetas 2000-2010) (2010).
