Daryl Sams (performing as Edgar Allen Floe; born January 26, 1978) is an American hip hop artist and producer from Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Sams is a member of the collectives Justus League and The Undefined. Initially interested in becoming a DJ, Sams began writing lyrics at age 14. In 2005, Sams released the debut EP True Links through his label MCEO Records. Sams followed this with the mixtape Floe Almighty (2006), featuring production from Khrysis and 9th Wonder. Sams provided production on these projects under the alias SliceMysta. On October 28, 2008, Sams released the studio album The Streetwise LP. The recording featured guest appearances from Median, L.E.G.A.C.Y., and Sean Boog. Sams later served as an artist development consultant for Jamla Records and released the albums Floetry In Motion (2012) and BALCO Theme EP (2025).
