Biography
Born on April 13, 2004 in Gilroy, California, YouTuber and pop singer Dylan Conrique cut her teeth as an actor, finding stardom as Kayla on web series Chicken Girls and The World's Astonishing News! while also appearing in movies such as 2016's House of Darkness and Weird Wild Wonderful Days of School and 2021's The Rookie. She began releasing music in 2020, marking her arrival with her debut single, "Wasted Makeup", and delivering another two singles that same year: "Not So Secretly" and "Homesick". The singles were collected on an EP, also released in 2020, titled Baby Blue, which was also distributed in an acoustic format in 2020. She teamed up with guitarist and singer-songwriter Noak Hellsing for the "Bitter" collaborative single in 2021 and went back to solo recording for "After All". Entering reflective mode for another single in 2021, "Advice from the Internet," she went even deeper into emotional ballad territory for 2022's breakthrough "Birthday Cake". The heartbreaking track was written for a friend following the death of the friend's mother.
