Originating in the Isle of Wight, England, UK quartet Coach Party burst onto the scene in 2019 armed with relatable lyrics and crashing, indie-rock guitars. Comprising lead singer and bassist Jess Eastwood, guitarists Joe Perry and Steph Norris, and drummer Guy Page, Coach Party signed to UK indie mainstay Chess Club Records and re-released their previous single "Lola" as "Oh Lola" in November 2019. After continuing to gather stream with a slew of singles in 2020, including "Can't Talk, Won't" and "Really OK on My Own," the band dropped their debut EP, Party Food, in June 2020 and unleashed another two successive EPs: 2021's After Party and 2022's Nothing Is Real. Produced by Coach Party drummer Guy Page, their debut album Killjoy saw the light in September 2023 and dented the UK Albums Chart at number 71. It was followed two years later by the sophomore Caramel (September 2025), featuring the lead single "Girls!" and the participation of Black Honey on "Disco Dream".
