Witold Czamara, known professionally as Donatan, was born on September 2, 1984, in Krakow, Poland. He is a Polish musician and music producer who began his career in the early 2000s. Donatan's breakthrough came with the release of his debut album Równonoc. SÅowiaÅska Dusza in 2012, which topped the Polish album charts and received a Diamond certification for selling over 150,000 copies. The album featured notable singles such as "Nie lubimy robiÄ" with Borixon and Kajman, which became a hit in Poland. In February 2014, Donatan and Cleo represented Poland at the 59th Eurovision Song Contest with the song "My SÅowianie", finishing number 14 overall but receiving significant viewer support. In November that year, they released a joint studio album titled Hiper / Chimera, which reached Number 1 on the Polish OLiS sales chart with over 15,000 copies sold. In 2015, he served as a member of the Polish jury for the 60th Eurovision Song Contest. He also released the album titled Równonoc: Raróg in 2025 with Cleo.
