Biography

Hoàng Cẩm Vân, known professionally as Cẩm Vân, is a Vietnamese pop singer born on May 31, 1959. She established a professional musical career in 1982. In 1985, she provided the song “The Spring” for the Russian-Vietnamese film Coordinates of Death. Cẩm Vân’s recording career included the albums Cơn mưa lao xao (1998) and the self-titled Cẩm Vân (2007). In addition to her studio work, she appeared on the first season of the television program Vietnam Idol.
