Biography

La Caja de Pandora, a Spanish alternative rock group formed in 2001, originated from various musical backgrounds. Salva Contreras and Toni Ramos initially played together before forming La Caja de Pandora with other musicians including Juan Valverde, Alexis Valverde, Paco Zárate, and Salva González. Their debut album, A nuestra vida otro sentío, released in 2001 under Tempo Music, achieved national success and surpassed the Disco de Oro, reaching Platinum status. This was followed by Vencidos por el tiempo in 2003. The group faced challenges due to the bankruptcy of their record label, which affected the promotion of subsequent albums. In 2017, La Caja de Pandora announced a reunion with original members, followed by the release of new single "Pregúntale a mi suerte" in 2020.
