Biography
Bill Baird is an American experimental musician and creative technologist. He began his music career as a member of Sound Team until 2006. After leaving Sound Team, Baird started performing solo under the moniker Sunset and later under his own name. His early self-released albums, including Silence! and { SUNSET }}, received positive reviews from outlets such as NPR and Paris Transatlantic. In 2013, Baird moved to Oakland, California, where he released Spring Break of the Soul. After the album's release, he was named Best Newly Arrived East Bay Musician by East Bay Express. His subsequent albums, including Summer is Gone (2016), garnered critical acclaim and notable performances on BBC programs.
