Biography
Bedjik, whose real name is Bedjik Djuna, is a French-Congolese rapper from a family of renowned artists. Younger brother of Gims, Dadju, Xgangs and Djelass, he was immersed in a rich and diverse musical universe from an early age. He came to public attention when he appeared alongside Gims in the video for "Sapés comme jamais" in 2015. In 2020, Bedjik released his first album, L'île parodisiaque, which was well received and set him apart on the French rap scene. In 2021, he takes part in the album Le Classico Organisé, a collaborative project featuring a number of rappers from Marseille and Paris, where he appears on several tracks. He followed this up with MULTIVERSE X1 in 2023, a project hailed for its originality and ability to fuse diverse musical influences. Highlights include "Problèmes Du Matin", a collaboration with Elflaco, released in 2024, and "SwipUp", taken from the MULTIVERSE X1 album.
