Baptized In Blood was a Canadian heavy metal band from London, Ontario, active between 2004 and 2012. The group was managed by Dave Mustaine, the leader of the American thrash metal band Megadeth. In 2006, they independently released their debut EP Baptized in Blood. They followed this with the album Gutterbound in 2009, which led to a signing with Roadrunner Records later that year. Under Roadrunner, they released their self-titled album Baptized in Blood in 2010. From 2009 to 2011, the band toured across the United States and Europe, including performances at festivals such as the Download Festival in 2011. Their final concert took place at Heavy T.O. in 2011. In 2021, Gutterbound was re-released by Cursed Blessing Records.
