Biography

Anna Rossinelli, born April 20, 1987, in Basel, Switzerland, is a singer-songwriter. She gained prominence as part of the pop-soul trio Anna Rossinelli, which also includes Georg Dillier and Manuel Meisel. Rossinelli's breakthrough came when she won the Swiss national final Die grosse Entscheidungs Show on December 11, 2010, with "In Love for a While" and represented Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Rossinelli released her debut album Bon Voyage on December 9, 2011. Subsequent albums include Marylou (2013), which debuted at Number 1 on the Swiss Hitparade, and its re-release Marylou Two (2014). Other notable releases are Takes Two To Tango (2015) and White Garden (2019), which featured the lead single "Hold Your Head Up".
