Say Hi, originally known as Say Hi to Your Mom, is an indie rock band formed in Brooklyn, New York, by Eric Elbogen in 2002. The band's initial releases include Discosadness (2002), Numbers & Mumbles (2004), and Ferocious Mopes (2005). Their fourth album, Impeccable Blahs, released in 2006, features themes centered around vampires. In 2011, they released Um, Uh Oh. Notable songs include "Angels and Darlas" and "Devils", which featured in the 2011 film Scream 4. The band's music has been featured in various media outlets, including commercials for Cadillac and episodes of Shameless and United States of Tara. In 2012, the songs "Shakes Her Shoulders", "Northwestern Girls", "Devils", and "Shiny Diamonds" & "Love Love Love" were all featured in the 2012 movie Free Samples. In 2023, they released the album titled Elocution Prattle (2023).
