Biography

Tigress, a British rock band from Chelmsford, England, formed in 2015. The group initially performed as The Hype Theory and gained traction after becoming finalists for the Red Bull Bedroom Jam competition in 2011. They released their debut EP Human on November 13, 2015, under LAB Records, followed by Like It Is (May 12, 2017) and Who Cares (June 1, 2018). In March 2020, Tigress signed to Humble Angel Records and released their debut album Pura Vida on September 3, 2021. Notable singles include "Choke" (October 15, 2020) and "Disconnect" (April 8, 2021). The band has toured extensively, supporting acts such as Billy Talent and Feeder, and headlining shows across the UK and Europe.
