Biography

Orphan Colours is a British band formed in 2015 by former Ahab members Steve "Seebs" Llewellyn and Dave Burn. The group emerged from a collaboration that included former Noah and the Whale guitarist Fred Abbot, drummer Steve Brookes of Danny and the Champions of the World, and London folk revival figure Graham Knight. They released their single "Wonât Let You Down" in 2015, followed by the Acoustic EP in 2016. In 2017 the band signed to Helm Records and issued the album All on Red in 2018, a release that was nominated for Best UK Americana Album at the 2019 Americana Music Association U.K. Awards.
