Adela Elena Popescu, also known as Adela Popescu, was born on October 8, 1986, in ÈuÈani, Vâlcea County, Romania. She is a Romanian actress and singer who began her career as a member of the band Viva until 2001. In 2005, while filming the telenovela Lacrimi de iubire, Popescu released her debut album Lacrimi De Iubire. This was followed by Iubire Ca Ãn Filme in 2006 and RÄspunsul Meu in 2008. In 2011, she joined the Romanian pop and dance trio DJ Project, contributing to hits such as "Bun RÄmas" (2012) and "Suflet vândut" (2014). Popescu left DJ Project in 2016 due to her pregnancy. She has also appeared in numerous television series, including Numai iubirea and Pariu cu viaÈa.
