Zane Williams, born in 1977 in Texas, is an American country music singer. He gained early recognition as a finalist in three categories at MerleFest's Chris Austin Song Contest. His breakthrough came with the release of Hurry Home in 2006, which included the title track selected as the $20,000 Maxell Song of the Year in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest. Williams signed a publishing deal with Big Yellow Dog Music in 2007 and released subsequent albums including The Right Place (2010) and Overnight Success (2013), which debuted on Billboard's Heatseekers South Central chart at Number 4. His album Texas Like That (2015) reached Number 31 on the Top Country Albums chart, marking his highest-charting album thus far. His latest album, Bringin' Country Back, was released in 2016.
