Josh Abbott Band is an American country music group from Lubbock, Texas, that formed in 2006. The ensemble was founded by Josh Abbott while he was a student at Texas Tech University and released the debut studio album Scapegoat (2008). They followed this with the recording She's Like Texas (2010), which featured the single âOh, Tonightâ (2011) and reached number 5 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Their discography includes the studio albums Small Town Family Dream (2012), Front Row Seat (2015), and Until My Voice Goes Out (2017). The group performed their first national television set on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2016. Their later recordings include the albums The Highway Kind (2020) and Somewhere Down the Road (2024).
